website. Please take your time and visit all the available
pages. The community of Sibley offers the amenities
of a quality life complimented by country charm. Sibley
excels in the areas of education, health care, and
public services.
Education
Education
is a top priority in Sibley. Students at the Sibley-Ocheyedan
Schools find a high quality and progressive environment
in which to learn. Local student’s ACT scores average
higher than the state and national average.
The
Community Child Development Center is operated by
the Osceola Community Hospital. This childcare program
for infant through pre-school also has the after school
“Latch Key” program for children K-4.
Health
Care
Providing
the newest and most advanced health care to the entire
area is the goal of the Family Medical Clinic and
the Osceola Community Hospital.
The
Family Medical Clinic includes four board-certified
family practice physicians. Specialty Clinics are
available in cardiology, urology, orthopedics, general
surgery, speech pathology, and occupational and physical
therapies.
Serving
all residents of Sibley is important to the community.
There is an active Senior Citizen’s Center, newly
built assisted living within Heartwood Heights, and
two nursing homes; Country View Manor and Sibley Nursing
and Rehab Center.

From retail stores to manufacturing plants, local
employees are dedicated to their work. Throughout
our history, many successful businesses were started
in Sibley and continue their operations today.
Surrounding
Sibley are the many family farms, which provide products
and the work ethic typical of the community. Northwest
Iowa’s fertile soil is a unique resource, which provides
the economic base for the area.
